Live out of town and was just visiting my daughter. I had a problem with the splash guard coming loose and dragging. Without an appt I was able to drop my car off at George’s in Lincoln, CA to be looked at. They were able to fix by replacing two screws that worked loose and did the repair for no charge. Fantastic customer service from the first call to picking up my car. I wish I lived closer as I definitely would use them again. :-)

My car wouldn’t start and then let out a terrible cloud of smoke. I’d never seen anything like it. A local dealer wouldn’t see me until mid-afternoon 2 days later while my own local dealer/service was 2 weeks later! Jessa not only fit me in, she was honest and informative. After diagnostics and topping off oil, the quote was cut in half - and ultimately there were NO charges. Jessa, Tilly, and crew are trustworthy, personable, knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Went to George's for the first time for an oil change. It was fast and smooth, very easy and Tilly was so friendly and professional! They even fixed a door liner that had become detached and did a thorough inspection to let us know of any other issues. Not pushy or salesy at all, I will be back!
