Good service

They worked on my Toyota Tundra last year; got it running after it was towed in. Brought my class C Ford motorhome in last week because I was getting no air in the coach for a/c, heat or vent. The dealer quote was $1500! George's researched a work-around they were able to do for just $500! They saved me $1,000 & now the fan pushes air into my coach. They are a team of great mechanics who work FOR their customers.

The folks that own the shop are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would trust their work. I've known the family of George since I was a teenager. Stop by see for yourself.

There is nothing friendly about this place. The owner George is rude and disrespectful.

Beware!!! Although they claim to be a BMW Service Center they should not be trusted in attempting to service any late model highly sophisticated BMW or any other late model high end brand. I needed a mere battery replacement for my late model BMW. Prior to installing the new battery I stressed to Paul the Service Manager the extreme importance and how imperative it would be for them to registering the new battery to the car's computer after the installation. Long story short---the registration was not done and I had to take it to a different BMW specialist to have the battery registered correctly with no further issues because I no longer trusted George's to do the work properly. Later when I complained to Paul and George about the battery they both became extremely argumentative and exhibited absolutely no regard for me the customer. They both immediately went into to defend their negative action mode at my expense. I was totally taken by surprise by their negative and nasty attitude toward me the customer for making the complaint. Even after showing George and Paul the receipt/computer print-out from the other Service Center they refused to offer me any compensation for the additional cost of the correct registration although I didn't ask for any. This is a second rate repair shop that specializes in smaller repairs on inexpensive less sophisticated vehicles. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at George's and will not ever be returning there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Goerge's!!!
